The ceremony will be at Kilbuck Creek, located at 6752 N. Kilbuck Rd., Monroe Center, IL, 61052. Monroe Center is about 15 minutes outside of Rockford, which is about an hour northwest of O'Hare Airport. The ceremony space is outdoors and surrounded by grass, gravel, and woodchips. Keep that in mind when choosing shoes! When driving to Kilbuck Creek, there is a sign on Kilbuck Road showing where it is. However, once you make that turn, you have to drive down a long gravel road to get back to the parking lot and venue. Just keep following the path, and you'll see signs and attendants to help with parking.

The ceremony starts at 3:30pm (central time) sharp! Please be seated by 3:20pm at the latest.

The reception will also be at Kilbuck Creek. The only traveling you'll have to do is across a grass hill. The reception will take place inside a repurposed horse barn.

Kilbuck Creek staff members will drive guests to and from the ceremony space in a golf cart if they require assistance.

YES! Lots of parking. Kilbuck Creek will also have attendants helping you park and directing you to the ceremony space. We are the only event at Kilbuck Creek that day, so follow the crowd! You can also park your car there overnight and come back the next day and pick it up.

Yes! At the end of the night, a school bus will take guests from Kilbuck Creek to the Courtyard Marriott in Rockford. Please enjoy the open bar accordingly. We'll also have an 11-passenger shuttle run from the Courtyard Marriott Rockford at 2:30PM on Saturday to get a few people to the venue. At 9:30 and 10:30 Sunday morning, we'll have the 11-passenger shuttle run from the Courtyard Marriott back to Kilbuck Creek to pick up vehicles. It should also be easier to get an Uber or Lyft in Rockford near the hotel than it is by Kilbuck Creek.

We've decided to have a kid-free wedding. Again, please enjoy the open bar accordingly.

Cocktail attire, which means suit jackets and dress pants for men, and blouses with pants/skirts or dresses for women.
